1.Blend 90g creme brulee powder with 1500ml whipping cream and 45g sugar, stirring well.
2.Bring to boil, stir constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 min, stir constantly.
3.Pour into moulds and chill in the fridge (5'c) for at least 3 hours.
4.Just before serving, sprinkle some brown sugar on top and brown with a blow torch.
