Blend in 90g panna cotta powder, stirring well with a whisk.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 min, stir constantly.
Pour into moulds or bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Garnish and serve. Panna cotta can be refrigerator and kept up to 3 days in a close container.
